As of right now, you can only get a copy of Platinum from Japan. You will be able to buy Platinum at any local game stores when it comes out.

At the moment, where the game has not been released any where besides Japan, your only access to the game would be Japan or eBay. Either way your only getting the Japanese version. I don't think you would want that, in order to obtain the English copy, it will be until Spring of 2009. It's a wait everyone will patiently wait for, even though we don't really want to.
