the missing move tutor

Date of Question: Oct 24 2008 | Question ID: 131687 Is the move tutor of Blast Burn, Hydro Cannon, and Frenzy Plant still present in Pokemon platinum? I just want to know because according to recent walkthroughs, this move tutor is gone?

The only way you can recieve the move set or moves is using Action Replay or Game Shark. I am not too sure they removed the Tutor just yet. The game hasn't been released and usually these are upgrades from the other new Pokemon games. It's going to be like Pokemon Diamond and Pokemon Pearl, just a little bit better. Well just have to wait and see in the Spring of 2009.
