Can you trade platinum Pokemon with diamond, and can you get giratina's origin form in diamond

Yes you can trade between Platinum and Diamond but trading is region locked so you need a jp Diamond to trade to a jp Platinum. And there is no way to get Garatina's origin forme in any other game but Platinum.

It's true that you can trade Pokemon from Platinum to Diamond. But Origin Form Giratina isn't one of them. That Pokemon wasn't revealed until Platinum. Any Pokemon that wasn't revealed until Platinum (ex. Origin Form Giratina, and the other forms of Rotom) cannot be traded to previous games.

You Are Able To Trade Pokemon With Platinum + D/P,
However,If You Want To Trade Giratina's Origin Forme, The Platinum Orb Will Dissapear For The Trade,And It Will Come Back, But Giratina Will be Barasdov Forme, or, Known as Another Forme
If You Wanna Trade Rotom Formes, They Will Turn To Shock Forme And Their
Special move will be gone.
If you Wanna trade Icy Sky forme of Shaymin,
It won't work
But, It may know Leaf Storm When You Trade It to D/P

Yes, You will be able to trade Pokemon from Pokemon Diamond and Pokemon Pearl. This will be done through the awesome service of WiFi, no cords needed. As for Question #2, no. They made this only revealed to Pokemon Platinum, so it's only viewable from this game, just like Pokemon Emerald had it's ups and downs.
