Does anyone know when Pokemon Platinum is going to come out in America? Not to sound as if I'm demanding or anything, but I NEED THE EXACT DATE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Your help is appreciated.

No one knows the exact date (sorry), but it has been anounced that it should be released in the Spring (most likely around May) of 2009 for the U.S.

I really hate to burst your bubble, but unfortunately for you, me, and millions of other Pokemon players, no one knows what the exact release date of Pokemon Platinum will be. If someone does actually know where and when Pokemon Platinum is going to be released in America, then they are keeping their lips sealed shut and not telling anyone. I do however, have some knowledge about the game. The new Pokemon version will be released in Japan in the Fall of this year, 2008. All the other countries will have to wait till the year 2009 arrives. This new game will be of epic proportions though, as there are a lot of interesting pieces of information being released about this game. So trust me, this game will definitely be worth the wait. In the meantime, check out the forums.

I am expecting April 12, 2009.... Mainly due to the fact Pokemon Diamond and Pokemon Pearl released the same way this game was brought upon, just seems so the same. Besides that, we expect maybe Spring 2009.
