Question for Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Explorers of Sky

How can I defeat primal dialga I am a level 42 bulbasaur
With the moves vine whip bullet seed seed bomb and sleep powder and my partner is a level 42 mudkip with the moves hydro pump mud slap protect and water gun
Please help asap

It's easy with any type of Pokemon just bring a bunch of reviver seeds and maybe a few doom seeds to throw at him so he'll eat them and level down. After he uses the move Roar of Time he is just frozen so there's your chance.USE PROTECT AND SLEEP POWDER PUTTING HIM TO SLEEP IS THE BEST TOOL!!! Just maybe level up aswell. PS if you have a really awesome orb with a cool power do NOT use it against him or any other legendary it will NOT WORK!!!!!!
