Beat a few dungeons, then you will go to the beach and recruit Manaphy.
After you beat darkrai beat three days then chatot will tell you manaphy came. He will join your team. Three days later he will tell you about marine resort. You can now evolve
Do a few missions after you beat darkrai and chatot will say maphy is at the beach then they go to your house and he asks to join
Yea, and Manaphy will come to you itself and ask to join your team.
