Any level in the 30's-40's, but using strategy and seeds can help you greatly too. Reviver, sleeper, stun seeds are a major help. Also attacks that hit everyone in the room help too.

What I do is I get my Pokemon up to 30 or over then I get the 4 golden seeds so you give 2 to one of your Pokemon and do the same to your other Pokemon then you will be at 40 then go and fight and it has work for me all the time and I played the game over and over again
