Guys I really want to challenge team Raider... My team's all fully lv.100 now so what do I do? When do I get the letter?

Ok, not sure if this will work. It's just a guess, send sky gifts to everyone in the guild and then one to wigglytuff. You may have to be a certain rank as well, Sorry if I'm wrong.
