Question for Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Explorers of Sky

Please help me! I can't get Zapdos, Moltres, Celebi, Latias Latios, or Darkrai, even though I have the Secret Slab and Mystery Part in my bag! I defeated Darkrai, completed all Special Episodes, and I'm Master*** Rank! I've been to all the places they're supposed to be in and only Lugia and Deoxys has shown up! Somone please tell me why they're not showing up!

The legendary Pokemon are on certain floors of certain dungeons and you need to be holding the mystery part or secret slab

Darkrai is in the same dungeon as deoxys the others... I don't know. I encountered Darkrai and tryed to recruite him lots of times. 'hint after you see the legendary swap the mystery part/ secret slab for a recruit enhancing item those legendaries are hard to befreind (espicailly Darkrai)'

U could use Amber tear, Friend bow or even a golden mask to recruit legendaries!! But you need to hold them be4 you do

Well first off,darkrai can be found in miracle sea on B3 ,celebi can be found in mystifying forest on B10,latias can be found in happy outlook on B10,latios can be found in midnight forest on B24,zapdos can be found in amp plains on B7,moltres can be found in great volcano on B10.
