At the beginning of the game it asks you questions what do I need to answer to become a riolu

Well you need to be a boy and Sassy nature. On the fist question which is "Did you play "Explorers of Time" or "Explorers of Darkness"?" Answer yes. This gives you a better chance of being one of the newer Pokemon. Here is just a few questions to give you an idea what to answer. This isn't all of them but it should give you a decent idea how you need to answer the questions.

Do you want to be taller someday?
Totally! (Sassy 2)
Of course not.

You're at a movie theater. What are you there to see?
An action movie. (Sassy 1)

As Ninetailed Fox saind but for the last question awnser male, it wont let you be a female Riolu
