Glaceon cannot be found in Pokemon HeartGold. You can only obtain one by Trade or an Action Replay Card.

You cannot obtain Glaceon in Heartgold but you can level one up at ice rock if you have D/P/Pt and then you can trade it over.
You may also find someone on this forum with a glaceon.

you can't get a glaceon in heartgold. basically, beacause heartgold is based on the game for Gameboy advance pokemon gold. in that game glaceon and the place where it evolves the frozen rock was not invented, but you can find an eevee in goldenrod city, you have to talk to bill in ecruteak pokemon center first, then go to the houses near the bottom right of goldenrod, then bill should be in the house. P.S., Make sure you have one free space in your party!Glaceon10 answered:
Glaceon cannot be obtained in this game. The reason is this game is based on Pokémon gold, a Gameboy advance game. Glaceon and the place where it evolves, the frozen rock were not invented until 2007. You could try game trading at the Pokémon center if you have to ds and Pokémon diamond/pearl/platinum. You can also get an eevee after you talk to bill in the ecruteak city Pokémon center, once you do go back to goldenrod city. His house should be near the bottom right part of goldenrod city. P.S., you need at least one free space in your Pokémon party!
