You don't. There is no Secret Chamber, only secret chambers (not one location, but many). They are secret locations that only Mr. Fuji knows about. They are burial sites for the dead Pokemon whose graves where destroyed to make way for the Radio Tower. There is no way to learn of their locations. You cannot go grave robbing in Pokemon games.

In Johto wirl islands the is ones grave that if you interact with it all the it says is Forget...
