How do you get to pewter city please tell me I will give you a Pokemon on level 100.

After you fix the Power Plant, you can receive the Expansion Card from someone in the Lavender Town Radio Tower. From there, go to the Snorlax in front of Diglett Cave. Go into the Radio part of your Gear. Move the "Blinking Dot" to the tip top of the "Circle". The PokeFlute will begin to play. If you click on the Snorlax, you will go into battle with it. If you catch/defeat the Snorlax, you can go through Diglett Cave. Make it through Diglett Cave, and Pewter City is just north of there.
