How do I get passed the sleeping Pokemon in front of Diglett's cave? I need to get passed to reach the other cities in Kanto.

After you fix the Power Plant, you can receive the Expansion Card from someone in the Lavender City Radio Tower. After you receive the Expansion Card, go to the Snorlax. Go into the Radio part of your Gear. If you move the "Blinking Dot" to the tip top of the "Circle", the PokeFlute will begin to play. If you click on the Snorlax after the PokeFlute begins to play, you will go into battle with it.
