Bugsy is not that hard, the only threat is Scyther. Take him down with Fire, Flying or Rock types.

Train your pokemon. If you train your Pokemon enough, you can beat Bugsy with anything.

You just need to keep trying or get better Pokemon or challenge traniers to make your Pokemon stronger

It's best to just level up your Pokemon more so you aren't completely outclassed.
Or, you can get a Geodude and use it's Rock type moves for Super Effective Damage.
