You've beaten the elite 4 100 times and your Pokemon are going to be very high levels from all the battling. That is it.

Unfortunately, I'd have to confirm what the previous guest has told you. There's no special prize for that, although I would say you have immense gloating rights if you've managed to do that.

Yeah, you might wanna forget about it unless you want a Pokemon at level 100. But besides gloating rights and awesome Pokemon, theres no point.
