Dear super cheats, I got a tip from my friend on how I catch Celebi but I don't know how. So how do I catch Celebi?!?!?!

You can't catch Celebi in the wild. There was a recent even giveaway at Gamestop, though It ends today. So if you can't get it, your best bet is to have someone trade you one. If you have wifi you can ask for one in the Pokemon trading Forum. If you can't trade for one then the only other way to get it is to use an Action Replay and find a code that gives you Celebi.
