You must wake up the Snorlax outside Diglett cave. Go through Diglett Cave. Once you make it through, head north. You will be in Pewter City before no time.

After then you beat the first place and get the 8 gym badges and beat the Pokemon leadge you have to go the other place then you though a lot of stuff and you beat the 3rd gym which next to the big boat you head east the grass then go North then see Snorlax outside of the Diglett Cave. He will be sleeping you have to get the flute from the power plant and you play the flute to awake his ass up then you battle him, then you caught him or kill him then that is over you go though the cave you use cut go though more then head up north then you are there beat him
