Your pokemon id # has to match all numbers in the lottery ticket at the radio tower
Ex. share 3 #'s

If you want to try for another one, simply go to the radio tower in Goldenrod and play the lotto there. If your Pokemon's ID number matches up with the number the game predicts on all 6 spots, you get a prize of a masterball. That or trade.

How to get charmander in heartgold version.........
Go to pallet town after beating red talk to profesar
oak he'll give you either charmander,bulbasuare, or squirtle.

Try setting cheats for 999 Master Ball,the lottery ticket or trading from another game.

go over the golden bridge and then go right then down and you will see a set of stairs, take them down to a place with water and grass surf down then go over until you see a cave entrance if you dont have the kanto badges there will be a guy in your way but there is no master-ball only mewtwo

You need to get all of the numbers on your lotto ticket (which is recieved at the goldenrod radio tower) and save before you do so because you can keep trying till you get the complete match

Use the dousing machine I found 2 of them in kanto :/

You can always use an action replay from a local game stop but that would be cheating and give you a lesser gaming experience.

There are three ways to get a master ball.One way go to the radio tower in goldenrod city and see if the number the lady gives you matches your id code. The second way is get it during the story. The third way is to cheat but I say cheating is no fun in the game.

I've caught many legendary without master balls like Mewtwo Grodoun Raikou Entei and more.

My opinion is save before battling. Then use three quick balls in the beginning before anything don't use it later on in the battle,then attack till red health use a couple timer balls then ultra and poke ball do that again and again. If your in a cave use dusk balls once in a while.

If your lotto number at goldenrod city matches the id number of a Pokemon in your party they will give you a master ball

You can find a master ball if you get a certain thing at a game shop, but I don't know what it's called. You get 999 master balls, and you plug it into your ds. If you unplug it, the master balls will disappear , but when you plug it back in, it's back to 999 master balls ;)
