Okay, I have a griseous orb, in fact I have 2 but...how do I get steven and latias to appear in front of the pewter museum of science becaus serebii.net said the soul dew is in the orb

Serebii.net said it was in the Enigma Stone which is an item that would be given out in a future event not the Griseous Orb.

actually he comes for the enigma stone on a wi-fi event and it has already finished so you are out luck Search for more answers for Pokemon Heart Gold or ask your own question here.
