Depends on what stats you want to raise. You can also buy pre-made Aprijuice from the person who gives you the Aprishaker.

Put 5 blacks in and run 25,500 steps. I know it's a lot but it'll max out the pokethlon stats. Goodl Luck!

There is no perfect aprijuice. For best results put in a LOT of apricorns.
