Embedded Tower
What do I do at the embedded tower? Theres a weird sighn on the ground and my friend said I get kyogre but I don't know how.?

You have to bring the Blue Orb to the Embedded Tower. (Which is given to you by Mr. Pokemon)

And if you have kyorgre and groudon you can fight raquaza on both heartgold and soulsilver don't say I'm wrong I checked the website

If you don't have it yet, go get the blue orb from mr.pokemon then back to the embedded tower and kyogre will be there. Catch it and put it in your party then go show oak. He'll talk about if you can manage to get a groudon that came from the embedded tower come show both of them to him. Hell give you a jade orb if you accomplish this. Take that to the embedded tower and ryquaza will be there. Good luck!

you need to get the blue orb from Mr.Pokemon and bring it there to get KYOGRE

After you beat red go see mr.Pokemon he will give you a blue orb then go to the embeded tower to fight kyogre and trade with a friend who has soul silver to get groudon then go back to mr.pokmon he will give you a jade orb go back to embeded tower to catch raquaza!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Go to mr Pokemon and get the orb fly to cianwood city and take the route to the safari zone. Go to the room with two ladders take the ladder on the right exit then surf left until you reach the rocks that can be rock climbed go in to the room and kyogre is there

You have to get the blue orb to get kyogre. And to get rayquaza you must have a friend trade you groundon from soul silver then show both to prof. Oak to get the jade orb then you head back and rayquaza will be there. Lucky me mine was shiny, he looks better black.
