Question for Pokemon Black 2

I've been wondering if there has been any backstory with the Strange House and the Ghost Girl who lives in it and moves all the furniture, cause when is look at the Strange house on the region map is says "A house known for a sad incident which is said to keep people away." This kind of applies to the Old Chateau in Diamond and Platinum where it was suspected to have had a massive poisoning incident. It would be great if anyone could give me facts or ideas about what THIS incident was all about and the ghost girl who lives in it, etc. Thanks ;-)

I read my offical guide to this game, and it says that the girl was trapped in a dark dream. P.S. When you go into the middle room youu will find a feather that lets you catch Cressilia.
