How do you get thunderus without tradeing to get him and by ring the bell three times do you mean say yes once and hear the bell ring three times?

You cannot get Thundurus without trading or hacking in the Black Version.

Thunderous is exclusive to White Version. That means it is completely unobtainable in Black Version without trading. I have no idea what you are talking about with respect to the bells.

Thundurus is only available in the Pokemon White version with codes, trading, or hacking. You must use an action replay, trade, or hack your game to get this Pokemon in Pokemon Black version.
