Question for Pokemon Black
Pokerus GLITCH/PROBLEM
I was infecting my Pokemon in my PC with PKRS, and when I checked my PC, The Pokemon I left in the PC No longer Had Pokerus.
I read the info on it, and it said that Pokerus doesn't go away when Placed in the PC, But When I checked my Pokerus Pokemon I had already infected, and placed back in the PC after being infected, Pokerus was gone, and I had to re-infect them.
What's up with this?

It sounds like a Glitch in your Game. Pokerus should be delayed when you place the Pokemon in the PC. I have done it and none of my Pokemon have ever lost Pokerus.

Pokerus is a temporary specialty. So it will not last forever. Also you can only spread it through the Pokemon in your party.
