The only realistic way to get Infinite MasterBalls is by an Action Replay Code.
You can only get Two MasterBalls within the Game, and it would probably take too long to obtain that many MasterBalls by Trade.

Me: Dude, you could spend your whole life trading items for masterballs.....

You can use Action Replay which can be obtained at stores like Walmart.
There are only two master balls in the game! You can get one from the professsor after giving the 8th gym leader a beating or you can go to the second floor of the Castelia City Pokemon Centre and meet a guy that looks like a spy. He will give you one if you trade him at leats 50 Pokemon!

It's not possible. People stop asking if it is. Cause you can only use cheats and, as the others have said action replay's.
