Ok 3 questions
1. My charmender has pokerus a pink sign that ses pkrs but ice beaten lillipups and patrat(holding macho brace)but when he levels up it ses +1attack
2.how do I get my squirtle to lern water spout do I have to breed it with a ditto
3.whats the deal with natures admant brings ev. But others

Here's some help:
1. EVs can't be seen. If your Charmander has Pokerus, it earns EVs at a Rate of x2. It still can only earn 508 EVs. By the time your Charmander is fully grown, it's EVs will have helped your IVs. Let's say you have two identical Pokemon. Say Hidden Power, Nature, etc. If you EV Train one of them with Attack, this Pokemon will have better Attack Stats once it's fully grown.
2. No, you must do something else. You must breed a Squirtle with another Pokemon in it's Egg Group that knows Water Spout.
3. Natures can help boost Base Stats. Adamant Nature boosts a Pokemon Attack Stat by 10%, but lowers it's Special Attack by 10%. If you click on a Pokemon in your Party, you can see how it's Nature effects it's Stats. If one of the Pokemon Stats are blue, this Stat is lowered by 10%. If one of the Pokemon Stats are red, this Stat is increased by 10%. Some Natures do not effect Stats.

To get squirtle to learn water spout you must breed a remorid or an octillery with a wailord that knows waterspout then when your remorid egg hatches breed the male remorid with a female squirtle. Then and only then will you have a waterspouting squirrel.
