Ok so I went to talk to this treasure hunter on route 18 and she gave me an egg for free can anyone tell me if there are anymore people in Pokemon black that are giving out free eggs? I'm very curious on what they got??

No, that is the only person who gives you a Free Egg. It counts as one of the Six Gift Pokemon you can get within Pokemon Black.
