Question for Pokemon Black

I just got Pokemon black not too long ago and I also got a new action replay for the dsi, ds lite, and ds. I used the code for getting any Pokemon I wanted and I caught a zorua. When I saved the game and tried to play it again it just froze up. Now even when I don't use the replay my game freezes after I load it up. HELP!! I dont' want to erase all my hard work...

Alright. This is simple. Just delete your save file. Beat it without codes. Then use codes to obtain Pokemon you lost. Just don't breed or trade ar pokemon. Thats why it messed up.
