Okay so I am sure I am starting to get on some peoples nerves by now, but I do have another question.
What's the deal with the Black Ship in Castelia and how do you get aboard it if it is possible?

There are three ships in Castelia City.
One of them goes to Liberty Garden, but you need the Liberty Pass Event Item to ride that ship.
The other goes to Unity Tower, which I believe you can ride anytime.
The last and biggest ship is the Royal Unova. After you defeated N and Ghetsis in N's Castle and have the National Pokedex, you can access this ship. You can go on it in the evenings. The times you are able to ride it vary with what season it is. It cost 1,000 dollars to ride it.
