Question for Pokemon Black
I was wondering, Is there any possible way without an AR (action replay) to level a Pokemon from 1 to 100 before reaching the final badge? (Pokemon Black version) I also have a second Question.
Is there a Way without trading with friends or Globally and without the AR to get all 3 starters in Pokemon Black?

Yes, it's possible to raise a Pokemon to Level 100 before the Eighth Gym. However, it would probably take a very long time since you would basically have to battle a lot of Wild Pokemon.
Besides Trading and an AR Code, there isn't a way to get all Three Starter Pokemon.

Get a ditto and with your starter Pokemon and a ditto you can get your starter Pokemon again!
