Follow these steps exactly how I say them.
There are two way I know to do it.
But first you have to go on the PC first. It's the computer in the Pokemon center. When you press A in front of it to use it, icons will appear. Press the first one. It might be a random name like Amelia's PC or Bob's PC. After you press the first button, another set of icons should appear. If not, then try other icons in the first list. There are three important icons on the second list: Withdraw Pokemon, Deposit Pokemon, and Move pokemon. The first way I know is to use the first two: Withdraw and Deposit pokemon. If your party (the six pokeballs) is full then you first have to deposit Pokemon you don't need at the moment it the PC. Press deposit Pokemon and choose the one you would like to put in. Then press the B button to go back and press the withdraw button to get Pokemon out. Choose the Pokemon you want to get out and there you have it. The second way is to press move pokemon. When you press it, the same thing will appear except you will be aloud to withdraw and deposit pokemon. To deposit, press the Party Pokemon button in the bottom left corner and click on the Pokemon you would like to deposit. Then get the Pokemon in the PC to go to your party pokemon. By pressing on it, then going to the Party Pokemon button and fill in the empty space. Or you can just get the Pokemon you want, press the Party Pokemon button and switch it with the Pokemon you would like to deposit.
Hope this Helps!!!

That was confusing to follow. Really all you have to do is go into any Pokemon Center and go over to the PC and click on Amanita's Box. There you can deposit , withdraw and move Pokemon. Moving is the best for me and the quickest. Just move a Pokemon from your party to your PC then while your doing that you can move a Pokemon from your PC to your Party.
