I have already beaten the elite 4 and beat N and got Reshiram and now I want to know when I can fight all the gym leaders again?

You are not able to battle the Gym Leaders again in Pokemon Black. It's just not possible.

Im sorry but unlike other games black and white do not have this option but you can restart the game
