There is a cheat called wide variaty of action replay codes there is one to give you a lot of master balls and ultra balls is it a action replay code or can you just do it please answer

I would say from the sound of it it's an Action Replay code. Thats pretty much the only way to get a lot of a certain unless someone trades the items to you which can really take a long time.
