Keldeo can be obtained by an Event. However, the Event has not happened yet.
The only way to get a Keldeo at the present time is by an AR Code.

To get Keledo, you wait until Nintendo officially reveals it. Then, you wait until Nintendo decides to have an event and then you can get Keledo.

Yes, I believe that I am "the one". Munna can be found by walking in the grass in the Dreamyard.
