Hi it was my birthday but how can I get that togekiss I can't befriend it

Togepi cannot be found in Pokemon Black. You can obtain it by Trade or PokeTransfer.

Togei evolves in Togetic when it has maximum happiness. To get a Pokemon to have maximum happiness, you need to battle with it often, heal it if it gets hurt in battle, and have it be first in your party. You could also give it an item to hold that will boost it's happiness.

Togetic evolves into Togekiss by use of a Shiny Stone.

This person is refering to the birthday Togekiss event, they are not trying to find one in the wild.

To get the birthday Togekiss you must have an account with the Pokemon Global Link, and you must have your birthday synced with it. This means that you must have your birthday registered on your account. You can get the birthday Togekiss at any point during the month of your birthday.

You should have gotten an email explaining what to do.

It should be worth noting, but serebii also says you need a Daisuki Club account, but that might be a typo. You may only need one or the other.

You can't get togepi in Pokemon balck or white. You can only get it from trades or tranfer. First to evolve togepi in to togetic you need friendship by giving it treats like calcium or rare candy. You also have to battle with it and heal it when it is hurt by going to a Pokemon center. You can also give it a massage at castelia city. To evolve it into togekiss, use a shinystone.
