What is the password for the secret tm for the scientist

I do not believe that you need a password to obtain a TM in Pokemon Black. However, there is a scientist who requires a password for you to obtain the Relocator. That person can be found in one of the buildings in Castelia City. The paaswords are EVERYONE HAPPY and then SIMPLE CONNECTION. After this, the Relocator will be on your Menu Screen. The Relocator can be used to bring certain Pokemon over from previous games. This process requires two DS(s).

The only secret TM is TM95, Snarl. This TM can only be obtained by using the relocator to send the (never been released in any country) event item "Lock Capsule" to Black/White from a generation 4 game.
