Question for Pokemon Black

Is it worth catching Deino and trying to get him to level 64 before the league? Is it even possible to train him to level 64 without going crazy? To get him to level 64,I would have to battle at least 60 Audinos......so,is it worth it and can it be done are my two questions?

It can be done. However, it is going to be very hard to do. I personally believe that it is worth it, because Hydreigon has amazing stats. It's all up to you, since you are the one that is going to be training it.

Hope this helps!

I would get Hydreigon in late game. When you are challenging the champion, hydriegon is worth it.
Guest answered:

Hydreigon is powerful, I just wouldn't expect to get one before the elite 4. It's possible, but you'll go crazy. Plus, the rest of your team will become neglected.

Your best bet for a Hydreigon before the elite 4 is to trade for one early in the game and use it on a very small team (no more than 3 or 4 Pokemon on your team-including the Deino).

Yes but don't try to get evolve Deino into Zweilous and Hydragon the first time you face the Elite Four. After you beat N for the final time, you can access the rest of Unova, what you should do then is to go to Lauconosa Town, (east of Opelucid) and go to the Giant Chasm, there are level 50's and 60's everywhere. Hope this helps Smile!

Guest answered:

Certainly, you can go through training Deino and evolving it into Zweilous (lv. 50) and then Hydreigon (lv. 64). Chances are, though, you won't need a lv. 64 Hydreigon the first time through because the 'champion', Ghetsis, has a Hydreigon of his own at lv. 54, wich is 10 levels early. Is it worth the wait?? Well, if you want to EV train with Deino, do so, but keep in mind that Hydreigon is weak to 4 types (ice, dragon, bug, and fighting), so you may want to battle it using...let's say, a Scrafty, for example. It's your decision, but personally, I'm not waiting for a lv. 64 Pokemon when all of the Elite 4, N, and Ghetsis are pretty much beatable with lv. 50 Pokemon.

Why can't I ask questions here? I understand that standards and practices and such are important, but if I have an important question (that may or may not me related to this thread's original query) why aren't I allowed to ask it?

Guest answered:

If I were you I would do the training. I trained a deino into the last form of his evolution and it was soooo worth it. He destroyes everyone he battles and I've never had him fient. Its going to take a really long time but it's definently worth it.

I have a level 100 hydreigon. Exp share at the elite four. My secret is the battle subway. Depending on your winning streak that day on the super lines, he'll give you rewards. If you get 21 wins on a super double/single/multi in a row, he'll give you 3-6 rare candies. My super train team consists of: max attack and hp Eva ferrothorn. Spread evs on metagross and hydreigon. You don't need them, I just use them.
