Take the Ship that goes from Castelia City to Anville Town. If you go on the weekends, there are people there that will purchase some items from you.

For some reason, my brain read Liberty Island. Everyone knows you take a Train from the Battle Station to Anville Town.HYPA answered:
Go to Nimbassa City and into the Gear Station, there you'll find a Brown/Maroon Train that you can take to Anville Town.
