The only ways to obtain Oddish in Black is by Trade or Migration.

It said you could catch Oddish in pokemon white in the white forest, BUT ALL I SEE ARE LOTADS AND RHYHORNSGuest answered:
To find oddish you will have to look in the white forest on Pokemon white, I don't think your able to catch oddish in black, but good luck if you find any ways! If it does not work sorry :(... I have only found lotads and rhyhorns and 2 abras in the white forest. Hope this helps a little bit :')
