Click X and press "save". But you're saying you can't save, maby you clicked a new profile? You can't save your game if you already have a profile.

If there is a free slot you should have a save thing on the menu on the bottom

I'm guessing that you've attempted to start a new game without deleting the save data. I think the button combination is Up+select+B. Push that combination on the title screen and you will be asked if you want to delete the save data. You cannot save a new game until you delete the old game.

I presses up select and b at the same time on my pokemon black game and nothing happened so i tryed again and again and again and I still didn't work what do i do?

Ppl try give a bit more info like you go to the part where it has continue then press up select an b then press it again that should work

To save the game you need to press X while playing. You will not be able to save if you already have a saved game file. To be able to delete old save files, you will have to press Up+Select+B while they are showing the powerful Pokemon before the game starts.
