A Zekron is only playable in Pokemon black by means of trade or hacking. You need Wi-Fi to trade, or and Action Replay to hack.

You can catch Zekrom at the end of the main story just before you battle your last battle with N. You have to battle Zekrom and try to catch catching on your first go, if you can't, you will have to battle N's Reshiram with your own pokemon. If you do catch Zekrom you can choose wether you want to keep it in your party or put it in your pc box. If you choose to keep it in your party no matter which place you put it in, Zekrom will always be the first out. Have a great battle against Reshiram Riolu447!
Warning: You can't catch Zekrom if your party is full
