Your old AR will not work on black and white. You must buy the new AR to get Pokemon black and white on it.

Well person AR stands for Action Replay which means cheats and modifications to the game without buying chips and stuff, BE CAREFUL!!! Putting on action replay cheats can freeze your game so I recommend you turn them off if you want to
