Question for Pokemon Black
Where do you find Keldeo? Because I can not find the dang pokemon. Is it an event Pokemon or not?

Keldeo is an event Pokemon only available for Pokemon white. You could probably get it by trade.

Keldeo you can only get by hacking or some software like pokegen. ( search pokegen on youtube )
