You cannot. Just before the file is deleted, you (or whoever was deleting it) was told that there is no way to retrieve deleted data. Then asked to confirm your decision.

yes it's true you can't retrieve it but on other webs. it says there is a backup file if you can find out how to activate it there might be hope.

I only deleted the data 'cause I thought i HAD to delete it for the ash greninja to go on to the game 😡😡😡Guest answered:
They already said if you delete this fie you cannot get it back SORRY!
