Rehsiram - N's castle (Black version)
Kyurem - Giant chasm
Volcarona - Relic castle (very deepest part)
Landorus - Abundant shrine
Thundurus - roam around unova region (white version)
Tornadus - Roams around unova region (Black version)
*P.S. Tor/Thun depend on the time of day to determine where they go.
Morning - around striaton city
Afternoon - around Nimbasa city
Evening - around Mistralton city
Night - Around opleucid city
Late Night - Around Undella town
Cobalion - Mistralton Cave(Guidance Chamber)
Virizion - Rumination field (right of pinwheel forest)
Terrakion - Victory road (Trial chamber)
Larvesta - Route 18( get from a treasure hunter in a house)

Larvesta is not a legendary pokemon nor is its evolution. It's stated on bulbapedia. Tho despite of this, it is a strong pokemon to have when evolved.Guest answered:
There are 13 legendaries in the Unova region.
Reshiram-N's castle
Tornadus-roaming
Cobalion-Mistalton Cave
Terrakion-Victory Road (only after catching Cobalion)
Verizion-Pinwheel Forest (only after catching Cobalion)
Landorus-Abundant Shrine (only with Tornadus and Thunderus in your party)
Kyurem-Giant Chasm
Thunderus/Zekrom-Not in Black, only in White
Keledo/Melloetta/Genesect-Unreleased event Pokemon
Note: Larvesta and Volcarona are NOT legendary Pokemon.

I heared if you get the hm dive and if you get the right cheat you can catch reqaza

1. transfering him from either a generation 3 game to a generation 4 game then from gen 4 to gen 5
2. by catching him in heartgold/soulsilver and transfering him from there to a gen 5 game
3. by using an action replay device and catch him in the wild or retrieving him from pc.

rayquaza is not in the game programming nor is it a in-game cheat. The only current way to obtaining Rayquaza is by:1. transfering him from either a generation 3 game to a generation 4 game then from gen 4 to gen 5
2. by catching him in heartgold/soulsilver and transfering him from there to a gen 5 game
3. by using an action replay device and catch him in the wild or retrieving him from pc.
