Question for Pokemon Black

Who is the pkmn tht has 2 kno charge tht you show 2 sum guy in oplucid city he wants 2 c the pkmn but i have no clue who the pkmn is i tryed pikachu and zapdos but they arent the 1 he wants 2 c he said the pkmn is from a distant past or sumthin like tht if you can help me it would be helpful thanx

The Pokemon has to know the move and can use it in battle

Get a rotom from white and trade it to black and it will work you can not use a Pokemon from the same game and don't bother he only gives you a cell battery so really.....don't bother!

If you have Pokemon black, you need a minun with charge, if you play Pokemon white, you will need a plusle with charge and you get a cell battery in return hope this helps
