How do you capture shiny okemon without cheats or action replay cause I don't have either of them?

Through pure dumb luck. You'll have to do a lot of searching in grassy fields before you'll find a shiny Pokemon. I think the chances of finding them in this game is about 1 in 6,000. I could be off by a bit, but it's still a bit ridiculous on how low your chances are. Just search, and don't give up at it.

You find Shiny Pokemon by complete chance. The chances are 1 in 8,000. An easier way to get Shiny Pokemon is by breeding a Pokemon from your country with a Pokemon from another country, this increases the chances from 1 in 8,000 to 1 in 1,300.

The chances of getting it are 1:8,213 to be acurate. While breeding with a Japanese Pokemon itgoes down to 1:190. Getting atrade fron the SuperCheats Pokemon trading forum here: http://forums.supercheats.com/forums.php?forum=1791 your chances of getting it are 1:1.

I have a level 100 shiny darkrai it is the best Pokemon every with maxed out stats (P.S it is From a elealy game so it's stats are 500 on every stat.)
