How do I get to unity tower the one right next to livery garden??? And what's that black boat in celestia city???

One of the ships in Castellia will bring you to the Unity Tower. I don't think that you can go there until you make an international trade over the GTS. I don't remember what ship, it might be the black ship.

to get to unity tower u have to go to the pier next to the black boat and there will be a lady standing next to a boat and will ask if u want to go to unity tower, but u can only go if u have made an international trade

The black boat is 1 of team plasmas getaway boats. Its gone sometimes don't bother it cause nothing will happen. Unity tower is the boat at unity pier. Look at the signs. When you see 1 that says unity pier it's a curving street so go up to the boat.... AFTER making a GTS trade. He should take you there if not go make a trade.

You have to do an international (GTS),then the black boat in Casteila City should take you there.
