Do you have to have 2 dss to use the relocator to transfer the 3 dogs and Celebi over to Pokemon Black/White??????????

Yes, you do have to have 2 DS's to transfer the legendary dogs and celebi by using the relocator to your Pokemon white and black version. This has to be done in this method because if you send them over by using the Poke Transfer, it will not trigger the event.
